At this time, if you want to remove the bolt and nut, more force will be needed to overcome the frictional force of the threaded connection and the energy generated by the material deformation and the destruction of the intermolecular polymerization. In short, it will become particularly difficult.
In order to avoid difficult disassembly, we can use the following methods.
①You can change the nut material to copper nut, which can avoid the fusion phenomenon.
② Apply some grease to the screw before screwing the nut.
③ Anti-seizure agent can be used to prevent corrosion, sintering, rusting and wear of parts under high temperature.
