Stamped PCB Screw Terminals for Power Modules
Where this part is used
This part is used on circuit boards that need a stronger connection point than a normal solder pad. It is often found in power boards, charger modules, inverter boards, control units and electrical assemblies.
How it works
The metal contact is soldered to the PCB first. After assembly, a screw can be used to fasten a wire terminal, copper plate or small busbar on the threaded area. This helps the PCB connection stay firm during wiring and maintenance.
What can be changed
The structure is not limited to one fixed size. The screw position, foot shape, bending height and contact width can be changed to fit the customer's PCB layout. The thread can also be made as M4, M5, M6 or other sizes.
Material and finish
The part is usually made from brass or copper alloy. Tin plating is often selected when soldering performance is important. Nickel plating or other finishes can also be used when the application needs a different surface requirement.
Information needed for quotation
