Knurled Brass Insert Nut

These knurled brass threaded inserts are designed for plastic parts, injection molded housings and electronic assemblies. They can be installed by mold-in, heat-set or ultrasonic insertion, with custom thread size, outer diameter, length, knurling pattern and hole type available. Straight knurl, diamond knurl, through-hole and blind-hole structures can be customized. Suitable for plastic parts, electronic housings, automotive parts, 3C products and molded components.

Knurled brass threaded inserts are used to create strong and durable internal threads in plastic components. The external knurling improves retention strength between the insert and plastic, helping prevent thread stripping during repeated assembly. They are widely used in electronic housings, instruments, automotive plastic parts, home appliances, communication equipment and 3D printed parts.
