Zinc Plated Double End Studs

A double-end stud bolt is a type of fastener with exterior threading of equal lengths on both ends. The exterior threading doesn't completely cover the shank. Instead, there's a gap in the middle where the shank is smooth and unthreaded.  Stud bolts are commonly used to hold two or more parts together. They are threaded rods that can be inserted into threaded holes. Unlike regular bolts, though, stud bolts don't have a head. They consist entirely of a shank. While there are different types of stud bolts, double-end stud bolts are one of the most popular. 

When you're picking out double-end stud bolts, try to find ones with a corrosion-resistant finish. Corrosion can be a real issue for these bolts, but luckily, some come with finishes like black oxide that help protect against it. Double-end stud bolts come in all kinds of sizes-some are longer, and others have different thread sizes. No matter how many you plan to buy, make sure you get the right size for your needs.
