Custom 304 Stainless Steel Flanged Shafts with Disc Head for Roller Assemblies

This component combines a precision shaft with a wide disc or flange head. The shaft section provides guidance, rotation or positioning, while the flange limits axial movement or supports an adjoining roller, wheel or mechanical component.
Depending on the design, the flange may be machined as part of the shaft or manufactured separately and assembled by pressing, riveting, welding or another specified method. The most suitable process depends on flange diameter, thickness, quantity and load requirements.
The shaft body can include straight or stepped diameters, grooves, end chamfers and locating shoulders. A central hole or other functional feature may also be added to the disc head.
