Custom Stainless Steel Internally Threaded Coupling Nuts and Long Hex Connector Sleeves
Standard nuts may not provide sufficient thread engagement, installation length or external geometry for specialized assemblies. These custom coupling nuts provide an extended internal thread and a configurable outer profile for joining threaded parts or creating a compact threaded connection point.
Available body shapes include round sleeves, long hex nuts, reduced-end nuts and specially turned profiles. The exterior may incorporate wrench flats, grooves, shoulders or milled surfaces to suit the installation method.
The internal thread can be tapped or machined as a through thread, blind thread or stepped threaded bore. Thread fit and engagement length are produced according to the mating screw, stud or assembly drawing.
Stainless steel is suitable for applications requiring corrosion resistance and stable mechanical properties. Brass, carbon steel, alloy steel and other machinable materials can also be evaluated.
