CNC turned stainless steel quick-connect nipples for grease gun, inflation, cleaning and fluid connection assemblies. Thread type, flow bore, coupling profile, sealing surface and overall dimensions can be customized from technical drawings or samples.
Product Description
This threaded nipple provides a compact connection point between a hose, nozzle, coupler or fluid-handling component. Its external thread is used for installation, while the machined grooves and shoulder profile engage with the corresponding quick-connect coupling.
The internal flow passage, thread geometry and coupling profile can be manufactured according to the mating part. Because different connection systems may appear visually similar, production should be based on a detailed drawing, physical sample or confirmed interface dimensions.
CNC turning is used to form the external thread, sealing shoulder, coupling grooves and internal bore. Additional drilling, polishing, passivation and surface treatment can be provided according to the application.
For pressurized applications, the working medium, operating pressure, sealing method and test requirements must be confirmed before quotation. Pressure performance depends on the complete connection system and should be verified under the customer's specified test conditions.
