Flange Bolt with Collar is a three bolt flange pressed steel lock collar unit. The SAPF202-10 has a stamped steel housing made from mild steel strip and is zinc plated. The unit is equipped with a chrome steel lock collar insert bearing which is secured to the shaft using a machined lock collar with two set screws. These units offer a simple and effective bearing arrangement that can accommodate moderate misalignment caused by mounting errors. They can be easily mounted to commercial shafting and are particularly useful where fabricated machine frames are used.
The mounts are suitable for a variety of applications such as agricultural, automotive, construction, pumps, manufacturing equipment, sporting and consumer goods, conveyor and fan assemblies, agricultural machinery, HVAC, feed mills, economical bearing housing solutions and other industrial equipment.
